Celebrating the ABNG's anniversary, this exhibition displays over 50 bonsai, suiseki and related items created by Canberra and visiting interstate artists.
In addition to viewing the bonsai on display, visitors can:
- attend demonstrations at 2.00pm each day, showcasing the techniques used and considerations needed, when training Australian plans as bonsai.
- join guided walks through the gardens visiting full-sized versions of species represented in the exhibition. Tours depart from Crosbie Morrison building at noon daily.
- vote for their favourite bonsai.
- buy tickets in the raffle.
IN ADDITION - running concurrently will be a symposium on growing Australia plants as bonsai.
